DeWALT DG6000E Heavy Duty 6000 Watt Gas Generator with Electric Start
DeWalt portable generators are built around the reliability of Honda OHV engines, the DG6000E 5,000 rated watt electric start generator using an 11-horsepower Honda GX Series model.
The DG6000E, as with most DeWalt generators was designed specifically for the jobsite with a job-site-tested frame, panel protection bars, and metal fuel tank to protect the generator from everyday demand.
The brushless alternator virtually eliminates maintenance and provides 165 percent surge capacity, ideal for starting high amp tools, including compressors.
A wheel kit and lifting hook, which come as standard equipment allow the DG6000E to be easily moved around the job site.
Contractors assisted in the design of the panel layout and the selection of the receptacles to ensure that their most common requirements were satisfied.
The DG6000E is identical to the DG6000 but for the addition of the electric start components and battery housing.
